To:         Non-JUPUS Students Intending to Take CHIN1311

Non-JUPAS students intending to take either or both of the two First Year Translation course (CHIN1311) must submit (by post or preferably in person) to the General Office of the School of Chinese supporting documentation (e.g. a copy of the HKCEE and HKALE certificates; transcripts of Associate Degree or Higher Diploma programmes completed; or any other materials they consider relevant) on or before August 15, 2011.

Under normal circumstances, failure to submit the requested documents will result in the rejection of applications.
