Professor Kenneth P. H. Ho, an Honorary Professor in the School of Chinese and a scholar of high stature in classical Chinese literature, has been awarded the prestigious title of "Honorary Academician" by the Hong Kong Institute of Education. With a broad range of research interests and a strong commitment to scholarly pursuits, Professor Ho has remained academically active after his retirement from the School.
Dr. Y. F. Yeung, Head of the School of Chinese, has won the "Outstanding Supervisor Award" by virtue of his signal contributions to nurturing a young generation of researchers of high calibre and great promise.
