摘要 Abstract:

人工智能正在改變人文研究的工作方式，但如何使用AI仍須從實踐中摸索。本報告介紹以提示詞驅動AI的一系列具體實踐，討論AI在中國古代語言文獻研究中的應用。報告在簡述大語言模型發展脉絡的基礎上，說明人機協同何以必要、何以可行，以及如何選取適合交給機器的工作，繼而介紹工具性與研究性兩類案例，前者如構建語料標注流水綫，後者如以量化方法分析古代的語音修辭，進而歸納當下人機協同的幾種模式，最後討論AI用於學術寫作的邊界，並思考人機協同中人的位置。

Artificial intelligence is transforming the way we conduct research in the humanities, but how to effectively utilize AI still requires exploration through practice. This report introduces a series of specific practices using prompt-word-driven AI and discusses its application in the study of ancient Chinese language and literature. Starting with a brief overview of the development of large language models, the report explains the necessity and feasibility of human-machine collaboration, and how to select suitable tasks for machines. It then introduces two types of cases: instrumental and research-based. The former includes building a corpus annotation pipeline, while the latter includes using quantitative methods to analyze ancient phonetics and rhetoric. The report further summarizes several current models of human-machine collaboration and finally discusses the boundaries of AI in academic writing, reflecting on the role of humans in human-machine collaboration.

講者簡介 About the Speaker:

雷瑭洵  北京大學中文系、中國語言學研究中心助理教授、研究員，北京大學資料分析研究中心研究員，《中國語言學》及《中國古典學》編輯部成員，兼任中國音韻學研究會理事。主要從事漢語史、漢字學、出土文獻學、數位與人文等領域的教學和科研工作。

LEI Tangxun is an Assistant Professor & Researcher in the Department of Chinese Language and Literature and the Center for Chinese Linguistics at Peking University, a Researcher at the Center for Data Analysis and Research at Peking University, as well as an editorial board member of The Journal of Chinese Linguistics Studies and The Journal of Chinese Classical Studies. He is also a council member of the Chinese Phonology Research Association. His main research areas include the history of the Chinese language, Chinese character studies, excavated texts, and digital and humanistic studies.
