李日華律師自1993年起至今在香港執業，並於1995年取得英格蘭及威爾士律師資格（不在該地執業）。他於2000年成為英國特許仲裁學會（東亞分會）會員，並於2020年註冊為國際公證人。李律師畢業於香港大學，取得法學學士學位及法律深造文憑，其後於英國倫敦大學取得法學碩士學位。

李律師在處理商業糾紛方面經驗豐富，包括股東糾紛、董事受信責任、商業協議糾紛及商業詐欺等案件，對法院訴訟、仲裁及調解程序均有豐富經驗。他代表銀行處理複雜的貸款爭議，並提供合規法律意見；亦代表清盤人及臨時清盤人處理清盤及重組事宜。除商業糾紛外，李律師亦向僱主提供僱傭法法律意見，客戶包括上市公司、大學及公營機構等，相關法律服務包括爭議及非爭議的僱傭法、歧視法、私隱及資料保護法，提供策略意見及草擬法律文件。由2021年起，李律師亦以自由譯者身分參與香港司法機構審定法庭判決書譯本的工作。

Walter Lee has been practising as a solicitor in Hong Kong since 1993. He qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales (non-practising) in 1995, became a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) in 2000, and was appointed a Notary Public in 2020. He holds an LL.B. and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong, and an LL.M. from the University of London.

Mr Lee has extensive experience in commercial dispute resolution, encompassing shareholders' disputes, breaches of directors' fiduciary duties, contractual disputes, and commercial fraud. He is highly proficient in litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He advises banks on complex loan recovery actions and regulatory compliance, and represents liquidators and provisional liquidators in insolvency and restructuring matters. In addition to commercial disputes, Mr Lee advises employers, including listed companies, universities, and public institutions, on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including discrimination law, and privacy and data protection law, providing strategic advice and drafting legal documentation. Since 2021, Mr Lee has also served as a freelancer vetting translation of judgments for the Hong Kong Judiciary.
