身處天崩地裂的動盪時代，大明遺臣王夫之（1619-1692）堅守民族大義，在抗清失敗後潛心學術，積極傳承、發揚中華民族的學術瑰寶，展現了一代大儒的不朽與情操。王夫之以“六經責我開生面”自許，積極打破傳統學術的界限、束縛，為我國經典學問開闢嶄新景象。此演講將以其《詩經》文學研究為中心，先論述其訓詁考證、文學批評、議論抒情俱重的多維《詩》學視野，繼而以“內極才情，外周物理”為切入點，剖析船山先生對於三百篇的審美要求與文學評論，並適切地把船山《詩》論與其他學者的相關論述作比對，以探討王夫之《詩經》文學研究的優入聖域處。
During the Ming-Qing transition, Chinese literati and officials were deeply concerned about the social and political tensions of the country as well as their own future. As one of the Ming loyalists, Wang Fuzhi (1619-1692) was actively involved in the anti-Qing resistance movement at his early age. After the anti-Qing movement eventually failed, he devoted his life to study and aimed to promote the national spirit by writing works on history, philosophy and literature. Wang Fuzhi’s Shijing scholarship was one of his most significant achievements, crossing the boundaries between Confucian classics and literature studies. This talk will focus on Wang’s Shijing scholarship and literary thought by analyzing his literary theory and criticism. Also, comparison between Wang Fuzhi and another Shijing scholars will help to demonstrate the remarkable significance of Wang’s Shijing scholarship.
