Exciting news! The Chinese Language Centre of the School of Chinese will offer the Executive Programme in Chinese Language (Cantonese and Mandarin) in 2024/25.

Our Executive Programme in Chinese Language offers a comprehensive and rigorous series of Cantonese and Mandarin courses tailored for professionals arriving in Hong Kong from the mainland or overseas who are interested in Chinese language and culture, and have a strong motivation to advance their careers in Hong Kong and to become involved in the local community.

The one-year programme consists of lectures and Chinese culture immersion experiences, taught by experienced native speakers of Chinese. Key features of the programme include:

• Evening classes with flexible learning approaches
• Three course options: (a) Cantonese for non-Chinese speaking students, (b) Cantonese for Mandarin speaking students, and (c) Putonghua for non-Chinese speaking students
• Comprehensive, systematic Chinese language education
• Skilled, high-quality teaching staff with an established history of nurturing talent
• Affordable pricing and a Certificate of Completion for eligible students
