明柔佑博士，現為香港大學中文學院講師。歷任香港大學中文系助教、嶺南大學社區學院講師、香港公開大學（香港都會大學）導師、澳門大學講師、香港地方志中心高級編輯等。研究興趣包括中國史學史、香港史、明清史、中國文獻目錄學等範疇。

Dr. Ming Yau Yau is a Lecturer at the School of Chinese. He has previously served as Teaching Assistant in the Department of Chinese at The University of Hong Kong, Lecturer at the Community College of Lingnan University, Lecturer at The Open University of Hong Kong (Hong Kong Metropolitan University), Lecturer at the University of Macau, and Senior Editor at the Hong Kong Chronicles Institute. His research interests encompass Chinese Historiography, Hong Kong History, Ming-Qing Studies, Chinese Bibliography, Chinese Classics and Literature, among other fields.
